The fourth day of the 9th World Water Forum was packed and In attendance was a #13D representative Evariste MBAYELAO who participated as a panelist in two round tables with discussions about “The civil society and the power to achieve universal access to water and sanitation”. Also In attendance, was the civil society roundtable panelists consisting of nationals of #CAR, Madagascar, Mali and Burkina Faso; and a #Chadian parliamentarian co-facilitated the debates. The discussions were about The Central African civil society in the decision-making process of the #WASH sector has been effective, as well the challenges and difficulties that the civil society faces in making its voice being heard. The second round table concerns were water and the climate, which are always facilitated by #ACF. This conversation allowed the audience to learn about the situation of water resources (its potentialities and its vulnerabilities), the impacts of climate change on water resources, and the efforts made for preventions and adaptations in CAR.
